So, to fly an Avenger fighter do the following...
- Enter SYLVESTER02 as password (activate alternative ship)
- Enter SYLVESTER03, SYLVESTER04 (set type as %011)
- Start new game on Easy pyramid (graphics set is "Earth1")

  The named fighters (Avenger, Blackbird, Cobra, Phantom, Predator, Sabre,
Sharke W2, SkyHawk-A) are illustrated in the original printed game manual.
